Today, I am known as the pioneer of Voice Branding™, a field I am deeply passionate about and that has the power to transform lives. But my journey to success was not easy.
It was a path filled with challenges, doubts, and discoveries, a journey that allowed me to embrace my authenticity and create a holistic method that not only improves voice and communication but transforms the entire person.
The beginning of a Silent Journey
I was born in Tradate, a small town in Lombardy, shy and introverted, often feeling out of place. Until high school, every laugh on the street made me withdraw into myself, convinced it was directed at me. I didn’t have the "gift of gab" I saw in others, and within my family, communication was believed to be an innate gift—something I felt I lacked but deeply desired.
I remember one summer in Sardinia: I watched a camper talk to my father. When I asked what he did, my father replied: "He’s a salesman, but you know, either you have the gift of gab or you don’t." That phrase stuck with me, but I answered:
"I learned how to swim and climb; when I grow up, I'll learn to speak like him too."
The Discovery of the Power of Voice
The first sign of change came in my first year of high school when I ran for class representative. Preparing the speech and being elected revealed to me the power of communication.
The turning point came in my final year when I was elected student council representative. Public speaking made me known by everyone: students I'd never met started greeting me.
That’s when I understood that public speaking, if used well, could transform lives—including mine.
Despite that initial success, doubts continued to haunt me. The introversion and shyness that had always accompanied me were hard to overcome.
I still didn’t believe I truly had the potential to transform myself and others through my voice.
Yet, a growing interest in personal growth began pushing me towards something greater. I was torn between staying in my comfort zone and accepting the challenge to become more.

A first turning point happened around age 16 when I discovered personal development through a free leadership and communication course offered by my school—the "Excellence Course"—which had a significant impact on my educational path.
From there began a new chapter: I started studying books and attending courses on NLP, communication, leadership, and personal growth, broadening my horizons.
The First Leap into the Unknown
I decided to embrace this initial journey of personal growth when I started tutoring and working as a climbing instructor. Teaching allowed me to sharpen my communication skills in a hands-on environment, where connecting with others was essential.
During my school years, becoming a student representative and delivering speeches to my classmates helped me see public speaking not just as speaking well, but as inspiring and leading.
Every speech demonstrated the power of the voice to influence and change lives.
The Discovery of the Voice
At that time, I discovered international and prominent figures like Anthony Robbins, Brian Tracy, and others. Besides reading their books, I began attending courses and seminars. These experiences opened my mind to new possibilities, and years later, in 2009, I met Ciro Imparato. Through his "four colors of the voice" method, he revealed to me the voice’s potential as a tool for leadership and communication.
I realized that the voice was not just a sound but a vehicle of emotions capable of profoundly and lasting influencing and inspiring others.
That’s when I understood: my mission wasn’t only to discover the power of my own voice but to help others do the same.
The Battles of the Apprenticeship
My path was not without obstacles. In the early years, I worked as a salesperson and networker, experiencing both failures and successes. I learned firsthand that becoming a leader in communication is not a straight path. It was tough, but determination led me to work alongside Ciro Imparato, paying my dues and absorbing all I could learn. I faced moments of ingratitude from clients and colleagues but learned to turn even those negative experiences into opportunities for growth.

Every challenge made me stronger and more determined.
The Shadow of Loss and the Strength of Continuity
Ciro Imparato’s death was a difficult moment but pushed me to carry on his mission with resolve. I created courses and training paths increasingly aware of the transformative potential of the Voice, deciding to establish myself as a guide in vocal communication.
Later on, I began collaborating with Dr. Francesco Padrini, an expert in bioenergetics and body language who authored 32 books.
Studying with him deepened my understanding of the connection between bioenergetic character traits and vocal issues, uncovering new tools to enrich my training programs.
After his passing in 2020, another legacy was entrusted to me. I integrated teachings from both my mentors into a unique, highly effective methodology capable of transforming lives and unlocking anyone’s full communicative potential.
The Turning Point of the Authentic Method
However, my greatest challenge came when I realized many clients bought my video courses but didn’t truly study or apply what they learned. This deeply frustrated me. So I completely restructured my approach, focusing on personalized consulting and training paths aimed at those genuinely willing to commit themselves and achieve real, meaningful results.
It was no longer just about selling courses but creating real and lasting change in people.
This was a pivotal moment: I understood that true success wasn’t selling but witnessing my clients transform thanks to my method.
The Reward of Transformation
After embracing this change, the results quickly followed. My new holistic and personalized approach began to yield tangible outcomes.
My clients were finally achieving deep and lasting transformations.
The voice, combined with bodywork, became the beating heart of my offering, and I started gaining national recognition for my work. The greatest satisfaction was seeing how, thanks to my method, people could unlock their charismatic potential and build a vocal image that truly represented them.
Awareness
I began working online in 2012, creating websites, blogs, and
social media content, finding clients and gradually deepening my
knowledge of marketing and personal branding through courses by
international trainers.
Even then, I noticed how crucial it was for entrepreneurs to
communicate effectively.
Since 2015, I have been teaching professionals how to improve their public speaking and video communication skills.
Over time, I realized that many entrepreneurs, despite being
skilled, struggled to convey their value through their voice,
limiting their personal brand and impact on audiences.
This awareness led me to create Voice Branding—a
method designed to help professionals unlock the potential of their
vocal communication and build an authentic, charismatic personal
brand.
Thus Was Born the Ultimate Method
Building on these successes, Voice Branding emerged as a business rooted in values like authenticity, personal growth, and empathetic communication. This holistic approach—combining voice, body, and mind with bioenergetic techniques—is at the core of my method.
Each client receives personalized attention because transformation requires mutual commitment.
